Back To The Future Film Review

There are so few movies that I love with one of those films being the exact film that i'm going to be reviewing for all today. As this film is often frequently said to be one of if not the best time travel movie ever made and that is something that I happen to agree with is as this movie is just that good with this film being so good that it not only spawned two sequels both of which are really good on their own right but it also spawned a successful series of comic books , a musical , , a video game and animated series and so then join me as I review that makes time travel look cool again with the film in question being called simply just "Back To The Future" enjoy.

The plot of this movie is when teenager Marty Mcfly finds himself transported back to the year 1955 he not only has to find away to get back to the year 1985 but he also has to make sure that his parents meet so that he can be born. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty really good with this films plot being very enjoyable as well as being really entertaining as well in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Starring in this film is Michael J. Fox as Marty McFly , Christopher Lloyd as Dr. Emmett Brown and Lea Thompson as Lorraine Baines McFly. Also starring in this film is Crispin Glover as George McFly , Thomas F. Wilson as Biff Tannen , Claudia Wells as Jennifer Parker , Marc McClure as Dave McFly , Wendie Jo Sperber as Linda McFly , George DiCenzo as Sam Baines , Frances Lee McCain as Stella Baines , James Tolkan as Mr. Strickland , J. J. Cohen as Skinhead , Casey Siemaszko as 3-D , Billy Zane as Match , Harry Waters, Jr. as Marvin Berry , Donald Fullilove as Goldie Wilson , Lisa Freeman as Babs and Cristen Kauffman as Betty.

Now then  interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty really good. With all of this films cast members not only being perfectly cast buy also all of them turning in them some really good performances as well and alot of that comes down to the fact that not only does this films co-writer and director Robert Zemeckis know how to get a really good performance out of his cast but it also comes down to the fact that the script for this film is just so good that all the cast really have to do is just say the lines as they are written and a good performance will come out of all of them naturally.

Doing the CGI for this film is the legends and the greats that are currently over at Industrial Light & Magic. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual CGI that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual CGI that;s actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty really good with this films CGI really holding up almost forty years later with this films CGI looking alot better then the CGI that we get in today's films and that's because the CGI in this film is being used to do things that they couldn't possibly do when they were filming this movie all of which made it necessary to use CGI.

This film makes the best use of time travel in any movie or TV show as we get to see the effects that this adventure is having on the future in more subtle ways. Like for example when we first meet Lorraine at the start of the movie in 1985 she's quite clearly depressed and has an alcohol problem and yet through the course of the film we see her loose of all of the things that made her feel that way in the future and on top of all of that we see little things change in 1985 due to what happens in 1955 like the fact that the ledge that Doc breaks when he's trying to connect the wires on top of the court house clock remains broken in 1985 and the fact that Twin Pines Mall becomes Lone Pine Mall when Marty accidentally destroys one of the pines that the mall was originally named after.

While this film is mostly perfect in alot of ways there are somethings that still don't quite add up like the fact that when Marty first arrives in the Delorean in 1955. He breaks through the Peabody barn and yet we don't see which way he broke in as we know that it's not the front way as he does that when he starts to get to shot at and there's no sign of breakage from either the back or the side which means that there's no possible way for Marty to have crashed into that barn as regardless of which ever way he crashed into the barn there would be a huge Delorean sized hole in the middle of the barn and while this doesn't detract from the film as it is possible that he did crash into the side of the barn which does present the issue of how he got the car turn around in such a small space it does make you wonder why the filmmakers didn't pay attention to this little detail when they pay attention to alot of the small details in this film.

As much as I love to hate Biff he really isn't that fully developed as a villain in this film which is a shame. As the character is a really good villain with him being the typical high school bully however the film really doesn't delve into his character in anyway which does make sense as he isn't the main character of this film Mart's parents are but at the same time given that he's so closely connected to them it would have been nice for the film to give this character a reason as to why he is like he is yes the comics and the video games might have dine that but we get nothing regarding why this character is a bully and possible rap*ist in this film and while a case could be argued for that really making him scarier as a villain it also doesn't make that interesting as a villain in the slightest.

Now then while I cannot for the absolutely life of me remember whatever this films running time even was I do that for a fact that his film has / had an exact grand total, running time of roughly one  hour and fifty minuets. Which is the perfect running time of this film to have as this film has more then enough their interms of either plot and story to cover that large amount of running time and while I would have loved it if this film was a bit longer as this is a genuinely really great film at the same time that would have meant that the film would have to start stretching out it's story by adding in pointless scenes which would have given the film some really bad pacing but  will admit that as it is this film has some really good pacing to it.

So now then as this is a comedy that means that I have to actually about the actual comedy that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty in all honesty personally thought/ felt that the actual comedy that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty really good with this film having alot of really funny moments. With alot of this films jokes not really being dated at all as they are alot of jokes that alot of people either have heard from other family members or there jokes that have become popular thanks to pop culture with this being helped by the fact that alot of this films jokes are very character driven with them being jokes that those characters really would indeed say or do in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Overall this movie not only holds up close to forty years later but is quite easily the greatest time travel movie ever made and while there are some faults to be found in this movie those faults don't detract from the overall enjoyment that's to be found in this movie in my freaking opinions anyways / at least. Now then i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in his very film in this very review and as such that means that this very film earns itself a grand old score of exactly an 8.5 out of 10 from me.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images hat I personally used in this very review from the official Back To The Future fandom wiki page , IMP Awards . Com and Google Images. With my personally preferred website to use to get images this film being Google Images this is because all of the images that I got and that currently up / featured and on the great Google Images are all being really fairly high in quality and as well as them all really being fairly high in definition.
