Fast Five Film Review

We are now just a few short days away from the latest movie in the Fast & Furious franchise hitting the big screen and I have to admit that it was hard for me to choose what would be the perfect film to do a tie in review for. As there are so many films in this franchise that would make a great tie in review however with news of certain cameo it made it pretty clear to me what the tie in review would be and so then join me as I review the film that saw the Fast & Furious movies go from being car racing movies to heist movies with the film in question being called simply just "Fast Five" enjoy.

The plot of this film is after a car robbery goes wrong Dom , Brian and Mia form a team to take down the drug lord that rules an entire country. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty not that bad as this films plot was genuinely quite entertaining and is also really very engaging as well in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Starring in this film is this films producer Vin Diesel as Dominic Toretto and Paul Walker as Brian O'Conner. Also starring in this film is Jordana Brewster as Mia Toretto , Tyrese Gibson as Roman Pearce , Chris "Ludacris" Bridges as Tej Parker , Matt Schulze as Vince , Sung Kang as Han Lue , Gal Gadot as Gisele Yashar , Tego Calderón as Tego Leo , Don Omar as Rico Santos , Elsa Pataky as Elena Neves , Joaquim de Almeida as Hernan Reyes and wrestling legend Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson as Luke Hobbs.

Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty really good. As nobody goes into a Fast & The Furious movie expecting their to be some great acting and so to see one of these movie where the acting is decent is also on par with these film as the acting in all of these films has always been good and nothing more then that and so to expect great acting from any film in this franchise would just be foolish.

Doing the CGI for this film is Pixomondo , Moving Picture Company , Hammerhead Productions , Factory VFX , Clearcut FX , TeamWorks Digital , Creative Chamber , HOAX Films , ICO VFX , Method Studios and New Deal Studios. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual CGI that's actually featured / presented to us inn this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual CGI that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty not that bad but at the same time it was quite clear in some shots where they used a CGI safe which did take me out of the movie.

This is the film that saw the franchise debut of future Wonder Woman actress Gal Gadot as well as Elsa Pataky and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. With all three going on to play big roles in the franchise moving forward and it was great to see where their respective characters started of as it's been a long time since I last saw this film and the fact that they were all introduced in a way that felt natural and organic really did help as did the fact that all three characters are genuinely likable characters that you want to see succeed.

This franchise was for the  most part known as a street racing franchise well that was something that changed with this movie as pretty much from this movie forward the franchise became of an action franchise. Which was a smart move as it does allow you to now get a more general audience to go and watch your movie but at the same time it was a bit jarring as even in the last movie the franchise was all about street racing ad car culture and so to see it flip flop from focus point to another just didn't make sense to me as that's not where the franchise started and while yes evolution was needed for this franchise it's also something that took something away from the franchise as well.

To me this is the film where Dom started becoming a Superman type of character in that nothing hurts him. Which is weird because in other films we would see him get beat him and we would see the damage ad yet from this film on we don't see any of that infact he pretty much becomes the main character of the franchise with alot of the films plots revolving around him which just doesn't work as these films were always more of an ensemble piece and each plot should reflect that and Dom should return to being a normal guy who can get bruised and bleed.

Now then this film has / had an exact grand total running time of exactly two hours an ten minuets and twenty one seconds. Which is pretty much the bogstanderd running time for each of these movies but this film really didn't need to be that long as it really doesn't have alot of story to cover that large amount of running time and as such we spend alot of time just seeing the team set up the plan which is great for five or ten minuets but a large portion of the films running time is just that set up and it's gets boring after a while but I will admit that to this films credit tho that this film does have some really good pacing to it.

So now then since this is an action film that means that means that I have to actually talk about the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty the best part of the film. Which shouldn't come as a shock to anybody as the action in these films is always really fun and is always the best part of all of these films in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Overall this was a really enjoyable and it's also a film that i'd go as far as to say is a great jumping on for new fans of the franchise as well as there's not to many ties or references to the previous films but there's just enough ties and references to please the die hard fans of this franchise as well in my freaking opinions anyways / at least. Now then i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in this very film in this very review and as such that means that this film really does earn itself a grand old score of exactly a 8 out of 10 from me.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review well then boys and girls I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review from the official The Fast & The Furious fandom wiki page , IMP Awards . Com and Google Images. With my personally preferred website to use to get the images that I personally used in this very review from being Google Images just simply due to the fact that pretty all of the images that I personally got from Google Images are all fairly high in quality and as well as being fairly high definition.
