Zack Snyder's Justice League Film Review

Film fans directors cuts of movies are nothing new there a shockingly common thing however there was one film that really changed the game when it comes to directors cuts. Since a campaign to see a directors cut of Justice League started in 2017 and it didn't really let up well in 2021 the fans got what they wanted and that's the film i'm going to review for you all today and so then join me as I review the film that really has changed the game when it comes to directors cuts with the film in question being called simply just "Zack Snyder's Justice League" enjoy.

The plot of this film is pretty much the exact same plot of the 2017 Justice League movie with Batman and Wonder needing to get a group of heroes together in order to stop Steppenwolf from gathering three magical boxes that will allow the evil alien Darkseid from travelling to and then conquering the Earth. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty not that bad with this films plot being predictable but very enjoyably predictable in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Starring in this film is Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne / Batman and Henry Cavill as Clark Kent / Kal-El / Superman. Also starring in this film is Amy Adams as Lois Lane , Gal Gadot as Diana / Diana Prince / Wonder Woman , Ray Fisher as Victor Stone / Cyborg , Jason Momoa as Arthur Curry / Aquaman , Ezra Miller as Barry Allen / The Flash , Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth , Diane Lane as Martha Kent ,  Ryan Zheng as Dr. Ryan Choi , Amber Heard as Mera , Joe Morton as Dr. Silas Stone , Ciarán Hinds as The Voice Of Steppenwolf , Peter Guinness as The Voice Of DeSaad , Kiersey Clemons as Iris West , Harry Lennix as Lieutenant General Calvin Swanwick / Martian Manhunter , Karen Bryson as Dr. Elinore Stone , Ray Porter as The Voice Of Darkseid , Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta and J.K. Simmons as Commissioner James Gordon.

Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty really good. With all of this films cast turning in some really good performances and really nailing their respective characters in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Doing the CGI for this film is Crafty Apes , Double Negative , Rodeo FX , Scanline VFX and Weta Digital. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual CGI that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual CGI that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty really good with this films CGI holding up alot better then the CGI that we got in the 2017 live action Justice League film in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

This film is pretty much the modern day equivalent to Superman 2: The Richard Donner Cut in that both films had a dedicated fanbase that spent a good while trying to get these films out their. Heck both films even have exclusive scenes shot just for those cut of the films however what sets the two apart from each other is the fact that Superman 2: The Richard Donner Cut feels alot more inline with Superman: The Movie where as this film just feels like another Zack Snyder directors cut and nothing more then that in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

To really hit that point home is the fact that this film is filled to the brim with scenes that are in slow motion for no reason. This wouldn't be a problem if it was just one or two scenes but it's not infact it's a couple of handful of scenes that use slow motion which is a Zack Snyder trait and while it's one that he's thankfully starting to move away from it doesn't stop the fact that in this film it's really just there for no reason whatsoever in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

I will admit that Steppenwolf looks alot better in this film then he did in the 2017 Justice League film since in this film he actually looks threatening. Where as in the 2017 film he looked a bit more cartoonish which for your main villain isn't what you want since you always want your villain to look threatening and that's one of the many changes that work well in this film and what makes this film worth watching in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Now then this film has / had an exact grand total running time of exactly four hours and two minuets and eight seconds. Which is such a long running time and regardless of it Zack Snyder was able to compete the 2017 Justice League he still would have had to have cut alot of stuff because no studio will release a film that's four hours long and it's because of this running time that I have to say that I will always prefer to watch the 2017 Justice League film just because it's alot shorter and is alot more easier to watch because of it's shorter running time in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

So now then since this is an action film that means that I have to actually talk about the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual action that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty really good. With this films action being alot better then the action that we got in the 2017 Justice League film simply because of the fact that the action that we got in this film allowed the character to breathe more and so the action comes across as being better in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Overall while this one is quite clearly the better of the two films I will always prefer watching the 2017 version just due to the fact that that version is alot less time consuming but this film is still a very enjoyable film in my freaking opinions anyways / at least. Now then i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in this very film in this very review and as such that means that this very film erns itself a grand old score of exactly an 8 out of 10 from me.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very film well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review from the official DC Extended Universe fandom wiki page and Google Images. With my personally preferred website to use to get images from this very / particular / exact film being the official DC Extended Universe fandom wiki page since alot of the images that are from this film and that are currently still indeed up on the official DC Extended Universe fandom wiki page are all really fairly freaking high in quality and as well as being very fairly freaking high in definition.
