Death On The Nile 2022 Film SPOILER FREE Film Review

Murder mystery film fans I very rarely watch a mystery film however with the 2017 film Murder On The Orient Express being so good you just knew that I had to check out the sequel. Well now then that exact same sequel film is finally freaking here and so then join me as I review the film that will hopefully have you all wondering who heck did it this time with the film in question being called simply just "Death On The Nile" enjoy.

The plot of this film is detective Hercule Poirot finds himself on a boat when a murder occurs and so then it's up to the world's best world class detective to work out whom the heck did it and what there ultimate plot is or even scheme freaking is before they strike again. Now then in terms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual plot that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty not that bad with this films main plot line also being very well freaking told in my freaking personal opinions anyways / at least.

Starring in this film is this films director and one of this films many producers Sir Kenneth Branagh as Hercule Poirot and Tom Bateman as Bouc. Also starring in this film is Annette Bening as Euphemia , Russell Brand as Linus Windlesham , Ali Fazal as Andrew Katchadourian , Gal Gadot as Linnet Ridgeway-Doyle , Armie Hammer as Simon Doyle , Rose Leslie as Louise Bourget , Emma Mackey as Jacqueline De Bellefort , Sophie Okonedo as Salome Otterbourne , Jennifer Saunders as Marie Van Schuyler , Dawn French as Mrs. Bowers , Letitia Wright as Rosalie Otterbourne and Susannah Fielding as Katherine.

Now then in terms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well then in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty freaking good. Which considering whom is directing and also starring in this film as this film leading character the fact that this film had some really good acting inti really shouldn't come as an absolutely surprise to absolutely anybody what so freaking ever in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

So now then as alot of you will no doubt be a where of the fact that this film is infact a sequel to the 2017 film Murder On The Orient Express. I only bring this up because of the fact that this film contradicts the ending of the previous film i'm not going to go into details as to how the beginning of this film contradicts the ending of the previous but let's just say that it's something that the late and the most certainly great Dame Agatha Christie wouldn't have liked in my freaking personal opinions anyways / at least.

Now then despite this story being a fairly well known Dame Agatha Christie story it's only adapted into a film twice three times if we include this film. With the first filmed version of this story coming in 1978 and the second film being as part of the world famous TV series Agatha Christie's Poirot's ninth series and so it is really is shocking to me that this book hasn't been adapted into a feature length film all the more often since the story could and this case does make for the story of a very good feature length film in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

So now then one of the many things that the first film got alot of praise for and which is also true for this film as well is it's visually because the first film was very freaking visually stunning. Which is also true for this film as well because this film is very freaking visually stunning with the film making great use of it's visuals and of it's freaking locations as well in my freaking personal opinions anyways / at least.

Now then there are some things that are in this film that I really didn't like for example I really didn't like the fact that they made it super obvious who did it and why. Since for me at least that is half the fun of watching a murder mystery film and when you strip that away from the film your then left being three steps ahead of your main characters whom are still trying to work out something that you've already worked out and that's never a freaking good thing what so freaking in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

So now then this film has / had a grand total running time of exactly one hour and fifty nine minuets and thirty seconds. Which yeah is something else that I really didn't like about this film since this film really didn't need to be that long since once you get all of the character on the titular River Nile together there's not much there in terms of either plot and or even storyline for that matter in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Now then since this film is a mystery film after all that means that I have to actually talk about the actual mystery element that's featured / presented to us in this very film and well then in all honesty i in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual mystery element that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty just OK at best. I say this because not only does the film make it super obvious who done it and why but the film also doesn't offer you any clues either which to me at least defeats the entire whole purpose of even doing a murder mystery film in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Overall this film feels like it's being a huge freaking step down in terms of quality especially when it's being compared to the previous film Murder On The Orient Express in my freaking opinions anyways / at least. Now then i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in this very film in this very review and as such that means that this very freaking film erns itself a grand old freaking score of exactly a 6.5 out of 10 from me.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review from the official Agatha Christie fandom wiki page , the official Disney fandom wiki page and Google Images. With my personally preferred website to use to get images from this very / exact film being Google Images simply because most of the images that I found and that are currently up on Google Images are all shockingly high in quality and as well as being shockingly high in definition.
