Clifford The Big Red Dog 2021 Film SPOILER FREE!!!!!!!!!! Film Review

 

Film fans there are so few films that are coming out this year that I simply just couldn't even care about at all and well one of those film is the film that i'm about to review for you all today. Since we have yet another big screen adaptation of an animated TV series and so join me as I give you all my SPOILER FREE review of the film that I just couldn't care about at all with the film in question being called simply just "Clifford The Big Red Dog" enjoy.

The plot of this movie is some evil villain wants to do something evil with a newly / freshly grown Clifford and it's up to Clifford's owner , her Uncle and her I guess best friend to help save the big puppy before it's far to freaking late. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual plot of this film well in all honesty I in all honesty thought / felt that the actual plot of this film was not only very weak freaking as all heck but this films plot was also just your stereotypical kids comedy fantasy film with nothing new thrown in or even added to it to make this films plot seem fresh or different or even freaking unique for that freaking matter in my freaking opinion anyways / at least. 

Starring in this film is Darby Camp as Emily Elizabeth Howard and Jack Whitehall as Uncle Casey Howard. Also starring in this film is Izaac Wang as Owen Yu , John Cleese as Mr. Bridwell , Russell Wong as Mr. Yu , Paul Rodriguez as Sanchez , Tony Hale as Zack Tieran , Russell Peters as Malik , Sienna Guillory as Maggie Howard , Keith Ewell as Mr. Jarvis , Mia Ronn as Florence , Bear Allen-Blaine as Mrs. Jarvis and Kenan Thompson as Clifford's Veterinarian.

Now then in terms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's featured / presented to us in this very film in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this film was at best passable. Since Darby Camp turns in an OK performance as Emily Elizabeth Howard but she just seems bored half time and she looks like that she actually doesn't want to be there in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Doing the CGI for this film are the legends and thus the greats that are currently over at Moving Picture Company. Now then in terms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual CGI that's actually featured / presented to us in this fil, well in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual CGI that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was for the most part very freaking good but there are some CGI shots that just looked to fake and sadly it was exact same fake looking CGI shots lower / being down the overall quality of this films CGI effects in my freaking personal opinions anyways / at least.

Now then I have no idea aa to why Hollywood keeps on making live action media of previously animated media since it very rarely if ever works out well enough in their favour. Since the live action of adaptations of what was previously animated media always get freaking negative reviews sometimes across the board and if it's a live action movie adaptation that there making then it nearly always becomes a box office bomb and so there really freaking is absolutely no upside to turning previously animated products into live action / media in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

So now then this film is as cliched as it gets because everything that's about this film are things that are in alot of other kids family comedy movies. Since you have clichés like the dopey and immature uncle / guardian , the wacky best friend , the fact that the villains always seem to roll up in a convoy almost made up of exclusively black cars and the magical character who's only purpose it is in the entire film is just get the plot or some resemblance of the films plot moving all of which serve to make this movie feel like it's one super freaking big cliché in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

So now then this film tries to have some form of emotional moments in this very film but the issue that I have with that is those exact same emotional moments just don't work. This is simply because this film doesn't build up any of it's characters all that well and so when these characters do have some emotional they just feel freaking forced and ham fisted into the film in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

So now then this film has / had a grand total running time of exactly one hour and thirty six minuets and twenty six seconds and well in all honesty I in all honesty really do think / feel that this film lasted the perfect amount of time for this very freaking film. Since this film have very little there in terms of actual plot or even character development and plus this film is a kids family comedy fantasy film and having this film even try to reach anything that's even close to being anywhere freaking two hours for example would be just be plain freaking wrong in my opinion anyways / at least. 

So now then since this film is meant to be comedy film after all that means that I do infact have to talk about the actual comedy that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film and well in all honesty I in all honesty really do think that the actual comedy that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was very mixed at best for me personally anyways. Since even tho there were quite alot of a few really funny jokes in this film there were also quite alot of really unfunny jokes in my opinion anyways / at least. 

Overall while this film is indeed a very fine kids or even a very fine for kids kids especially little little kids deserve so much better then what this film is offering both us and them and we the films audience should demand that films like this very freaking film should be so much freaking better then the kids films that we are actually getting in my freaking opinion anyways / at least. Now i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in this very film in this very review and as such that means that this very freaking film earns itself a freaking grand old score of exactly a 5 out of 10 from me.
