Electra Woman And Dyna Girl Review

Well then movie fans here we are with a review of a movie that i think many people have over looked which is understandable because there are alot of big movies out there so here is my review of Electra Woman And Dyna Girl.

The story of the film is Electra Woman And Dyna Girl have to stop a villain while in LA and in this respect the film does a pretty solid of telling it's story but it does go through all the superhero cliches which i hated and there is a really obvious reveal which anybody would see coming a mile away.

Grace Helbig and Hannah Hart do a great job as the dynamic duo and the pair are really funny in the movie the pair do get alot of funny lines and both kick alot of ass and i personally bought that they were friends and that's mostly because they are best friends in real life. Sadly tho that's where the praise ends in terms of acting as alot of the cast just do not put in a great performance and all just look like there going through the motions.

There are a few action scenes in the movie and they do a good job with them and considering that this film is playing around with the cliches that are in superhero movies it was nice to see them extend that fun to the action scenes.

Now this is a comedy and because of that you would expect there to be funny jokes well sorry to say this but not alot of the jokes landed for me but tho it past my own personal test laugh test which is a film has to make me laugh more then three times which this film did not with flying colors tho. My personal favorite jokes were all the ones that made fun of the superhero genre like the fact that they want to Canada because of Tax incentives which was funny to me because that's were alot of superhero shows gilm and it's for that very same reason.

The CGI in the film i thought was oretty good considering that they didn't have that much of a budget everything looked fine to me and it was great that they didn't use to much CGI they used just the right amount. I also really liked the costumes for are two main heroes in this movie it looked really cool and it looked like something that superheroes who are on the street would wear and they were not over sexulized.

Overall if your looking for a film that is just a good time and pokes fun at the superhero genre then i recommend this film because you will get a few laughs out of it i rate this film a 6.5 out of 10
